As any fan of Azumanga Daioh would know, Kasuga Ayumu aka "Osaka-san" is our regular ditsy/day-dreaming character of the anime/manga series. And she happens to be one of my favorite characters in anime (you can easily draw parallels between her and Pheobe from 'Friends' ^_^ ) ... Here is a wonderful psychedelic AMV (Anime Music Video) featuring the song "Waka Laka" from the DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) series by Konami!

which animation is this? trying to finish Naruto.. hee
It's Azumanga Daioh!!! One of the funniest and 'light-weightiest' anime available! Naruto is a long series. Azumanga, in comparison, only runs like 27 episodes (although it's one of those that you can just keep watching over and over and over and over...)
I'm sure you can find this... there are already US translated (sub/dub) releases... the HK and Taiwan editions have been out for quite some time already!
